DAILY ARRIVAL POLICY

There was a problem last year of caddies not arriving timely for their loops assigned in the ClubUp App.

For 2024:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time as accepted in your ClubUp App.
If you are not on club property by 10 minutes prior to your tee time, or you have not contacted the Starter's Booth about your situation, YOUR LOOP WILL BE RE-ASSIGNED.

ABUSE OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ASSIGNED FUTURE LOOPS.

FOR CADDIES DRIVING YOURSELF TO THE CLUB, YOU MAY PARK IN THE 

BACK OF THE PARKING LOT AND WAIT, NOT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME.

ATTENTION ALL CADDIES:
Please review the following policy enacted by the
Orchard Lake Country Club Caddie Committee and the Board of Governors.

Caddie Utilization Policy:
Members are prohibited from pre-arranging specific caddies on their own. All caddie requests must go through the Starter and/or his staff. Caddies are to be utilized in the order determined by the caddie master.

This policy is to be shared with every caddie and golfing members. Any caddie showing up with a pre-arranged round will be sent home. Any member who pre-arranges a caddie and time on their own will receive a written warning after the first event offense and a $100 fine for each occurrence thereafter (all fines to be paid to the Evan’s Par Club Fund).
